I'm sorry that the dress is so plain compared to the beauty that you (she) did!! I wanted to make the colors feel wintery as her OC is a Northerian, someone from the northern mountains with extra physical abilities compared to that of a normal human. I read that she liked wintery stuff so >< There are white sparkles on the deep blue as an idea of snow in the dark nights of winter along with some sparkles in her hair (I hope they show). She also didn't seem like the "frilly frilly fru fru" kind of girl so I tried to not make it so girly.
